Baby Star 03:34
Supernova and the fire of the gods, Going nowhere, going all night long, Call my name in the night, There's nothing left to go wrong. I don't know what you came her for, And I don't know who you are, But you haunt my dreams of desire, Baby Star. Well if you think that the illusion is real, Go ahead and try it out for free, I wanna see you in the stage lights, Staring back at me. So many things that I couldn't explain, The distance between us like a wall of ice, But you know that I'll melt on to you, If you make one more roll of the dice.

Me or You 04:03
I don't know who I want to be, I want to be someone, someone like me. And it would be easy if I just knew, When I look in the mirror, is it me or you? Someone like me is so hard to find, I don't know when I lost my mind, But I could be happy if I just knew, When I look in the mirror, is it me or you? I don't know when and I don't know how, I don't know a smile, and I don't know a frown, Somebody told me that I could be like them, But when I tried it I just couldn't begin. I keep on going to the center of the sun, Even though I don't know if it will ever come, We all have our reasons, I know for sure, For me it's not the journey any more.

Out on the open road, hitchhiking to Mexico, Met a girl looking so desperate and alone, She took me by the hand, looked at me, said, "come on now." "Come on now, let's go on, you can't stop, just keep running." Down on the sandy beach, looking for a place to sleep, Just somewhere to lay my bones, I'm not looking for a home; Burning underneath the sun, knowing that I've found the one, She looks at me and smiles, gives me strength for one more mile. I'm letting things get out of my hands, I'm doing things that I don't understand. Everybody's running, trying to be free, I can't have my freedom and get what I need. Turned around on the road, back out of Mexico. In a bar I found a job, stayed a while but couldn't stop. Bought a car and found a nice little place in paradise, Now I'm feeling so alone, without her it's not a home. Out on the open road, hitchhiking to Mexico, Left her behind I know, should have stayed but just kept going, Couldn't find a better, no, didn't have to let her go, Even when I found my love, never learned to stop running.

Skyline over the Eiffel Tower bursts with red above the boulevards, It's getting late but no matter the hour I know that you will be in my arms. I never liked Paris, too many people, too many expectations, And you never really managed to give in to the wild temptations. And it's going to be another memory coming to your door, Just another heartache like the one you're looking for. Caught me in the middle of a dream of emptiness, Floating through a vision of something more, or something less. Swim along the river, walk along the shore, Always going nowhere, back to where we were before.

Some Days 02:20
Some days it’s just difficult to breathe, I don’t know what it means to go together, Some days, I don’t have the words to say, don’t want to go away, don’t wanna stay here. I believe in innocence to set me free, don’t want to be forgiven for my mind unseen, Summer dreams and galaxies, failing me. Some days, I just stare at you, watch you like the moon and think you’re better, Some day, you’re gonna look at me, might like what you see, might see forever.
